Gilman Partners are focussing on redevelopment of the former Gilman paper mill site at Gilman, Vermont. Tenants are sought for a mixed use development, with particular focus on forest products, furniture, or wood processing industries, though all potential tenants are welcome. 





 

Phase I will focus on the bag mill complex. This complex consists of three floors:
         
             First Floor: 38,686 sf 
             Second Floor: 38,686 sf 
             Third Floor: 6,387 sf

Other attributes include:

             potential rail access 
             truck loading bays
             possibility of heat/steam supply 

Gilman Partners are also considering creating an artist in residence program, including live/work loft spaces.

In Phase II, the remainder of the mill property will be redeveloped.
