Ampersand Energy Partners manages a series of private equity funds focused on the acquisition of existing small power generation projects. We also provide late stage development funding for such projects in return for a significant equity stake. Principals in the firm are experts in the financial, economic, regulatory, and technical issues surrounding power markets worldwide, and have advised on several billion dollars worth of power and infrastructure investments around the world. Ampersand investors include the principals themselves, wealthy individuals, and Canadian and Asian interests.
